Deborah Bond Dance Academy

Deborah Bond Dance School:Timetable

These are local competitions in which children compete in solo, duet, trio or group sections. This can be in Ballet, Modern, Tap, Song and Dance or Character. The festivals are a chance for students to perform on the stage in front of an audience and enable children to build confidence and learn valuable performance based skills which are very difficult to teach in a class situation.

There are novice classes for those with little or no experience and the normal section for those that have been placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd at a previous festival.

The dances for these competitions are arranged individually and tailor made to suit and bring out your child's best abilities. They are choreographed during private lessons arranged with your child's teacher. There is an entry fee (usually between £3 and £5), and a costume is also required.

The festivals take place in.
